WICSEC Excellence Awards include the following:
The Leadership Achievement Award recognizes an individual in a leadership role that has made significant contributions improving organizational outcomes, culture, and staff efficacy to promote a more effective child support program.
The Platinum Program Award recognizes a child support program that has achieved outstanding results in service to families. Programs may be recognized for a single innovative effort or for broader excellence that reflects the very best of the child support profession.
The Working Together Award recognizes outstanding collaboration among tribal, county, and state entities, community partners, and program vendors that advances the well-being and stability of the families served by the child support program.
The Rising Star Award honors a non-supervisory professional who is making a notable impact in the child support program. Through passion, initiative, and a commitment to families, this individual is helping shape the future of child support and stands out as a leader in the field.
