The purpose of the guidebook is to describe the roles and responsibilities of the Western Intergovernmental Child Support Engagement Council (WICSEC) board members, officers, and committee members. All board and committee members and advisors, as well as honorary lifetime members, volunteer their time and expertise to WICSEC and the child support community.
