Description
Child support offices in rural settings face different and unique challenges. WICSEC’s latest MicroLearning brings together three child support agencies to provide their perspectives on all things rural child support – everything from locating people to having a strong internet signal. This session is for everyone – it will encourage an exchange of best practices and provide insight on how child support works in a smaller setting.

![]() | Bob Cecrle District Manager Child Support Services of Wyoming Robert joined Child Support Services of Wyoming in 2004 as the attorney for the 9th Judicial District in Lander, WY and then became the District Manager in 2008. Robert graduated from The University of Wyoming with a degree of Juris Doctor in 2001. |
![]() | Jen McFaggan Child Support Specialist Lac Courte Oreilles (LCO) Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Child Support Services Jen McFaggan is a Child Support Specialist for Lac Courte Oreilles (LCO) Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Child Support Services in northern Wisconsin and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the NTCSA. She is the backup for the financial specialist, assists with training of new staff and with questions and concerns for current staff, and any other areas that are in need of service. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. |
