Just when you think you've heard all the possible parentage scenarios, one more pops up! Join attorneys Danit Ferd, Los Angeles County, CA; Christina Eigel, El Paso County, CO; and David Morris, Marion County, IN, as they recap recent cases. They will cover surrogacy, common law marriage, and everybody's favorite, challenges to paternity affidavits. Come hear what parents are litigating and how these cases impact the daily work of a child support office.
