Nicole Hartley, President, Missouri Child Support Education Association (MCSEA)
Nikki Hartley is a dedicated child support professional with over a decade of experience serving families across Missouri. She worked with the Jefferson City Regional Prosecuting Attorney’s Office from 2011 to 2021, focusing on child support enforcement and case management, before transitioning to the Family Support Division in 2021.
Nikki has been actively involved with the Missouri Child Support Education Association (MCSEA) for the past four years and currently serves as President-Elect, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth, collaboration, and advancing the field of child support services.
A lifelong resident of mid-Missouri, Nikki has been married to her husband, Daniel, for 25 years, and together they have two sons. Outside of her professional work, she is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers her time and serves on the board of the Callaway County Humane Society, reflecting her dedication to both people and animals.
Kerensa Morrow-Kempf, Treasurer, Missouri Child Support Education Association (MCSEA)
Kerensa Morrow-Kempf is a Program Specialist with the Child Support Policy Unit, currently serving as the assistant to the Child Support Special Counsel. With 27 years of dedicated service, Kerensa has held a variety of positions within the Missouri Child Support Program, each providing her with a unique and comprehensive perspective on the program’s operations and impact across the state.
In addition to her professional role, Kerensa serves as the Treasurer of the Missouri Child Support Education Association (MCSEA), where she contributes to advancing education and collaboration within the child support community.
Outside of work, Kerensa enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and four cats. In her spare time, she loves listening to true crime podcasts and exploring new stories that spark her curiosity.
Dr. Trish Skophammer, Director of Child Support Services Division, Ramsey County (MN) Attorney’s Office
Dr. Trish Skophammer serves as the Director of the Child Support Services Division in the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office located in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has 28 years of experience in child support. She has been involved in national, regional, and local associations with conference planning committees, policy workgroups and DEI initiatives. In addition to her expertise in child support policy and practice, Trish’s expertise includes organizational leadership topics. Trish has a master’s degree from Bethel University in Organizational Leadership and a doctorate degree in Public Administration from Hamline University.
